INTRODUCTION PRIVATE LESSON SPECIAL:
Our Intro to Balance Private Lesson Package allows you to meet with one of our Balance Coaches for 2-1/2hr sessions. You receive our undivided attention as we familiarize you with the foundations of our classes, making sure you are moving correctly to keep you safe and improving your confidence so you can benefit from all of our classes!
PRIVATE FITNESS AND YOGA SESSIONS:
You will begin by meeting with your balance coach to discuss your goals, go over a full body assessment, and create a realistic plan that will help you achieve your goals. Your Balance coach will design a program specifically tailored to You! Receive the undivided attention of your coach, have fun and keep up the motivation you need.
